I just found out about “Plan Mexico” and I am upset. This U.S. is going to tack on and additional $1.4 billion dollars to the Iraq spending bill to expand the “war of drug” to Mexico. The Narco News has a pretty in-depth analysis of the entire bill and how it will be spent… A Primer on Plan Mexico.
